ShivarWeb LLC (doing business as “Shivar Consulting” and “Nuthatch Marketing”), referred to here as “Shivar Consulting,” “we” or “us,” respects the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you fill out a form, email us or sign up for a plan.
- Business details, such as your company name, website, sales goals and ad spend, when you share them with us.
- Billing details when you pay. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Client account data. If you buy a plan, you give us access to tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and a CRM or sales export. These can include information about your own customers and leads.
- Website usage data, such as pages visited and the type of browser and device used, which our hosting and analytics tools may record.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, including sending the free video you request.
- To deliver, bill for and report on the plan you buy.
- To send occasional emails about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal requirements and protect our business.
Your customers’ data
When we work in your accounts or with your CRM exports, we use that data only to deliver your plan: measuring leads, sold jobs and results. We don’t use it for anyone else, combine it with other clients’ data, or sell it. When your plan ends, we remove our access to your accounts and delete your exports within 90 days, or sooner if you ask.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:
- Our website host and font provider (Google Fonts)
- Our form provider, which delivers form submissions to us by email
- Our invoicing and payment providers
- Our email provider
We expect them to protect your information. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone else without your consent unless the law requires it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access limited to the people doing your work, and secure account permissions instead of shared passwords wherever possible. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Cookies
Our website uses few or no cookies of its own. Our hosting, analytics, font and payment providers may set cookies or collect basic technical data when you visit or pay. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@shivarconsulting.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
