Refund Policy
At Shivar Consulting, we stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with the consulting services you have received, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will review your case and issue a full refund if we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction.
Delivery Policy
As a consultancy firm, we do not ship physical goods. Our services are delivered remotely via video conferencing, email, and phone. We work with clients located throughout the United States and internationally. Typically, our initial consultation can be scheduled within 7-10 business days of your request. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time. All deliverables are subject to a Master Service Agreement and/or Statement of Work contracts.
Return Policy
Since we do not sell physical products, we do not have a return policy. Our services are provided on a per-engagement basis.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consulting session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
